THE CHALLENGE
The ARAMCO challenge focuses on producing and delivering highly specialised technical documentation that certifies quality control while implementing a wide spectrum of intricate specifications and procedures. The objective is to ensure that all materials and components meet rigorous performance standards, maintaining reliability and operational integrity in sensitive oil and gas processes where even minor failures can have significant consequences.

OUR APPROACH

ARAMCO’s Manufacturer’s Data Book (MDB) involved compiling a comprehensive dossier encompassing a wide range of requirements related to the Inspection and Test Plan. The inspections spanned several weeks or months, covering a large number of components and tests, often under limited resources, making the orderly collection of relevant test certificates challenging.
Our primary objective was to implement a centralised system for storing all documentation in its latest approved version. To achieve this, we ensured complete and accurate documentation while automating the Manufacturer’s Data Book process using our specialized software. This solution streamlined the collection, organisation, and generation of comprehensive final databooks, significantly improving efficiency and reliability in managing complex inspection and certification requirements.
