OUR APPROACH
We identified the materials and work items requiring inspection or testing, specifying responsible personnel, stages, and frequencies, as well as defining Hold and Witness Points, referencing applicable standards, acceptance criteria, and required records.
For a highly complex system like OMV, a high-level test plan was necessary to address overall project requirements, complemented by supporting plans covering subsystem and component design details. We developed a comprehensive test plan encompassing Design Verification and Compliance tests, Manufacturing tests, Acceptance and Commissioning tests, and Regression tests, ensuring component quality and verifying that the product met all design performance requirements.
